Installer warranties (registering on behalf of customer)

For installers to register and activate warranties for customers, please complete this installer registration form. This information is strictly for Metro Performance Glass use and will not be given or sold to any other party. 

NOTE: If you are registering on behalf of a customer, please use the customer's contact details and enter your name on the "Registered by" field.

Care Instructions

Please read carefully our care and maintenance instructions attached in your warranty registration email. The product warranty is conditional on good care and maintenance being followed as per instructions.


All Metro Performance Glass products must be maintained as per the care instructions to validate and maintain the warranty.

If within the warranty period, you feel that your glass may have a fabrication defect or issue, contact your local branch and provide a brief explanation of the problem along with your name, address, telephone number, date of installation and invoice number.

Metro Performance Glass reserves the right to inspect the glass in order to determine that the product has been maintained in a matter consistent with the manufacturer’s instructions.
