O'Connell's Mall - Queenstown

Originally built in the 1980s, the five level O’Connell’s shopping centre underwent a precise demolition to its core structure, followed by structural strengthening to improve earthquake resilience and mitigate liquefaction.

Project Overview

Glass exterior and interior shop frontage maximising light and the feeling of space as you enter, while the internal balustrade projects high level style and safety.
