Project Overview

This building’s location next to the Avon River provides beautiful views. The glass facade has been designed to mimic the curves of the river. Low E IGU’s were chosen for their neutral/blue appearance & high visual light transmission, preventing heat loss and providing a visual connection between the interior & surrounding cityscape. Digitally printed & laminated glass fins provide framed views, designed levels of solar control, & glare reduction.

Unique Project Requirements

  • Aesthetics: Faceted facade to mimic Avon river

  • Visibility: Eye-level clarity fading to block out

  • Interior Environment: Printed fins provide solar control and reduce glare

  • Safety: Laminated and toughened safety glass
